Granted - it is not fair to lump TAVA and ZITL together. ZITL is a grotesque fraud run by the worst sort of crooks. I don't think TAVA management is crooked. I do believe that they are inept. I also believe that the business has been deliberately misrepresented to investors through the use of ambiguous press releases and confusing language in financial statements.
