Thanks again, sounds as though the current management needs a lesson in management. Hope Mr Yarmak can teach them some. Read the post after this on from Omar which made a slight reference to Mr Yarmak being impressed with the management. Don't believe that is the case. Sounds as though he has picked up a company with underlying reserve potential on the cheap. Which is a smart move. Sort of like picking up a oil field cheaply due to low production and the low production is only because of bad field management, but the potential and reserves are still there. Successful oil people spend many hours searching for these types of fields and companies. And fortunately or unfortunately, however one chooses to look at it, there are a lot of mismanaged fields out there. Now if he can just get the expertise that is needed to bring these fields back on line. Sounds as though he is off to a good start. Lets hope that Olex will listen to what he has to say. With a new game plan this company could become profitable. Time will tell. Thanks for keeping us posted as to what Califtalk is posting. SteveT
