Barton, What makes you think the price will swing between 2.5 and 4? Maybe this stock is done for! I stupidly bought in May believing all the hype created by IMP's deceptive press releases, and being a new and very inexperienced investor(and having missed the Iomega ride by stupidly waiting for just a bit lower price to buy in on that one). Now I'm still holding IMP after losing over 3/4 of my money, hoping for a bounce back. Now this lawsuit, and I stand to lose more. How low can this stock go? I was a lurker to this list in May & June, but after awhile I didn't have the stomach to read ANYTHING about IMP. Of course now that I received the Dec 3 press release, I was forced to read & now I have to make a decision to sell or ride out yet another storm. I have lost so much money this year, while every day there is new euphoria about the "bull market"...it makes me feel so stupid and so defeated. (I've never been the gambling type, but the stock market is just that!) Sorry to bore you with my story...I just saw that you still have some "hope" and a strategy...and I need some of both right now. Thank you, C.K. Coney
