I spoke with Mark L. Meudt of Westell yesterday. In summary and some added IMHO...

NOTHING has changed except the stock price...unfortunately!

He wished that WSTL had some bad news to release to end the
falling stock price, but there just ISN'T!

Obviuosly the DMT chip delays are not helping the ramp up (now 2000) for ADSL as well as the consortium delaying the accepted DMT platform...However with DMT being delayed, CAP continues to sell!

And sell it does, ahead of schedule on shipments (switch modems from CAP to DMT) to BT and BA as well as continued shipping to BC, Saskel and more...

BC was suppose to have stopped last Dec. but has continued since ALA is delayed.

New trials are happening.

Things are NOT going well for US WEST's ADSL deployment which does not help the ADSL PR as well as ATT & TCI deal.

There is NO CHANGE in WSTL and DSC's relationship!

As well as NO CHANGE with WSTL and any of its partnerships or customer relationships!!!

BA GOIN STRONG!!!

Looking for good things from CC.

NO explanation for the price at these levels...ridiculous.

One problem has been that the analyst expected big spikes in earnings but it will prove to be gradual due to delay in DMT...but will/should be be consistently improving!

Hope this helps??????????????????
