But a similar system from the software giant Microsoft and from First Data Corp.-- developed as a joint electronic billing and payment venture called MSFDC -- is less than six months from market, said Jessica Ostrow, MSFDC's vice president of marketing. The rollout of the venture has been pushed back to later this year. Employees of a few client companies are helping work out the system's kinks, Ostrow said.

Okay, let's say six months. Six months from today. But it was slated for early this year. No?
