Seafarers' Group
IAI to Make 400,000 Lines of Seafarers' Code Year 2000 Compliant
FAIRFAX, Va., July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Analysis Inc.
(Nasdaq: IAIC) today said it has been selected by the Seafarers' Vacation Plan
and its related entities and organizations to provide Year 2000 services,
including assessment, planning, and remediation; on certain of the group's
mission-critical computer systems. IAI will provide these services on
approximately 400,000 lines of Computer Associates IDMS COBOL code at its
Fairfax International Solutions Factory.

UNICAST/2000 is a family of software tools that automates the process of
finding and changing dates in computer code, known as remediation. Through an
agreement with Computer Associates International, Inc. ("CA"), UNICAST/2000
products are featured in CA's Discovery 2000 line of products for year 2000
compliance and are licensed by CA's global sales force. UNICAST/2000 includes
specialized products to remediate a variety of CA languages. IAI also offers
UNICAST/2000-PC for UNISYS COBOL.
