There was a rumor earlier about the likelihood of this company being taken over. But no confirmation of this rumor occurred. Thus this remains a rumor. The cancellation of close to 1/3 of the shares of this company should improve the attractiveness of this stock. Maybe this is the reason why Altamira has increased their holding of this company. This should in principle increase the share price. I am a bit surprised that this has not happened yet.
