Gail,

No, I haven't bought any CD since JD recommended it, although I had been toying with the idea. Fortunately (?) for me, I have another stock that I strongly believe in that has recently been pounded to an unbelievable level (4 years of increasing sequential quarterly earnings growth, 2 stock splits recently, no business level changes, and a current PE around 10) so I've been picking more shares of that up recently.

I do feel JD got sideswiped by the CD announcement just like the upper management of the company, analysts, and investors. It may have been unlucky, but I'm still wondering.. even with the widespread accounting problems, and allowances for them to impact earnings, CD still looks attractively priced. If you can look down the road a bit, to the time in the not too distant future when CD is past this, then it could (and should) come roaring back.
