So; Larry M. says that as long as OEX holds above 570 expect buy programs near
the close on Thursday or Friday and possibly Wednesday if OEX is above 580.

What's his reasoning on that? I thought expiration was usually counter to the current trend because offsetting equity positions were liquidated as in the money options were sold.
