Excellent news. I've been reading that the courts would also not like a case brought by the Feds very much either. From what I've seen, it seems as if judges want Congress to legislate a solution, that the judges do not want a judicial tobacco solution. I agree 110%. I don't understand what the motivation is here in tying up the courts, and costing taxpayers lots of money. If the Feds sat down and actually did some work, this whole mess would be behind us by now. What a joke. It is time to email the President and tell him what a moron I think he is for even thinking of suing the tobacco industry.
