Henry, I don't see #3 as an issue, most companies have a CEO and a COO, albeit companies with an actual product, business plan and a daily operation that needs to be overseen. I'm confused about #4 The Board of Directors, once voted in, form a three or four man committee with the specific mandate of finding a CEO/President from the mining industry. . Don't we already have an Industry Advisory Panel assigned this specific task? Possibly I've forgotten who is on the panel and if any were not voted in as directors then they would be dismissed from the current panel. rgds, jb3 ps Henry, post grubbing , 10K is coming up on mine<g>
