My info is the seller was one of the other US funds that was involved in the attempt to have three of their members appointed as director.It would appear that Long Leaf and Gendis management have joined forces to control more than 56% of Gendis stock.They will try to implement their plans to improve profitability of the company.Look for spin of of at least part of SAAN if they can show a couple of quarters of improved profits and stock market conditions are acceptable.
