RB and Ray: I also got through to Wayne yesterday. Bottom line is the company and Wayne dont know exactly what the SEC is after. DROM had no notice whatsoever that their stock was going to be halted. It must be emphasized, and these are my thoughts, not Wayne's, that yes, DROM's financials are late, and yes, they did revalue their assets, and yes, as Andy points out, Im sure their are people that bought at 4-8 a share, that are upset, me included. Could one of these people have filed a complaint? Probably. IMHO the SEC order the suspension to warn investors about the history of this company (ie revaluing assets, late financials), if they issued such a vague warning without giving the company a chance to respond during suspension, they would be facing liability. As a result, they have issued their warning, although without any specific facts, and are giving DROM a chance to respond. However, we knew about the revalue, and that their financials were late. Im riding this one out, and looking to buy more when it reopens depending upon DROM's response. DROM is real, and has real clients to prove it, and has real kiosks in place, as people have seen. This is not like SEXI. No suit has been filed by the SEC, and pursuant to the order, DROM WILL resume trading Dec 18. As to Wayne, he does not know what is at the root of the SEC order.
