A stern but more moderate appraisal of Y2K from Senator Bennett, chair of the new Senate Y2K committee.

The only exception I have to it is that the Senator says that the American Bankers Association has modeled a Y2K program after the SIA's program, but ABA has actually been teaching it's members for years on this issue.
