If you can't hold issues for more than a few months perhaps you shouldn't be playing this game. It's been obvious for quite some time that FASC is having cash problems and it sometimes takes a while to find the RIGHT money - that is from the right people, with the right terms. This is not being too conservative, this is called good business practice - why should he give up too significant a portion of his interest in the company so that you can double your money in a couple months. get real. --TB
