Alydaar Announces Year 2000 Alliance Agreement With Grumman
Systems Support Corporation
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Alydaar Software Corporation
(Nasdaq: ALYD) announced today that it has entered into a business alliance
agreement to provide Year 2000 services with Grumman Systems Support
Corporation (GSSC), a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC).
Under the agreement, Alydaar's software code remediation and compliance audit
services will be available to commercial customers as part of GSSC's Year 2000
Solutions offering portfolio, which also includes assessment, remediation,
testing assistance and program management services. Alydaar will perform
remediation and compliance audit services at the company's software
remediation factory in Charlotte, North Carolina.
