Your post states that this is great news. In fact this cannot be determined without looking at the balance sheet. And this of course is the crux of the problem with EDII and the hypesters on this thread. Unsupported statements.

"book value" is not the same as "market value". and market value translates into the true economic value of a company.

And part of the net book value are assets. Tangible assets are more likely to have economic value than intangible assets.

So positive net book value could primarily consist of goodwill and other non-tangable assets.

How can this be great news if we cannot determine the market value of the assets as compared to the price paid?
