<What I find frustrating is that no one wants to take the responsibility and explain why this stock is on the pinks.>

Well, here goes nothing:
1 I believe to get back on the BB the MM's must fill out forms that the SEC has developed.

2 I further believe that the MM's must state in these forms that they "verily" believe the companies affairs to be true and accurate.

Now I ask you:

If you were an MM after the May 22 release and the halt by the SEC would you sign that form and state that you have checked out the May 22 release and find it to be o kay.

I sure as hell would not if it meant I could lose my license or be fined. I as an MM would want to see the report, have third party verification, something other then that release.

It would be nice to see the forms these MM's have to fill out then we would know for sure.

It would be nicer to hear an official release from the company.

Everyday that passes with no company information is quite disturbing to me.

I certainly stand to be corrected on the above, but I do believe the MM's have all the control at the moment with regard to the pinkies.
