That was precisely my belief when we hovered around $2.00 for so long.
A logical extension of this idea would be to see the ASK drop to $1.50 if buying dries up at $1.75. Whoever is selling the shares is simply walking the price down as long as he has shares to sell. This person, or persons, continues to demonstrate as clearly as possible that they want out of DCTC and he/they will progressively, over a long period of time, accept less and less for their shares. I'm not sure how much good news it is going to take to generate enough buying to negate the downward pressure this strategy is having. George E.
