absolutely right Maria ... they are trying to pick-up soft-hearts/short-termers here at these low prices .... before heading north later again! Many big players, who want to get in, will fragmentize their buys in small chunks, so that they could gradually load-up at the most optimal-price-range and a few weeks later, analysts would start delivering upgrades, imho! regards to all, -/Sonny.
