Well, I still can buy sb16, the original dvd rom drive ect. If pci 64 is old then creaf is in alot of hurt. I beleive there are many of these old unsold boards out in stores and in inventory. Have creafs products really shown to keep up with moores law? Awe64 was a real money maker for over a year with prices up till recent months pretty steady. I dont think creaf has innovated as fast as moores law demands. I dont think the sound card industry needs to innovate at this pace. These is why creaf can predict 25% rev growth for next YEAR. Will your sound card and speakers outlast your processor? Why use rebates if no inventory problem? If sales are great you dont need them. Why would you want to give people a reason to replace their sound card today with a rebate when you have the real deal coming to market soon? mike
