News out for NVMH. They are launching a lawsuit on price manipulation. See: biz.yahoo.com I am encouraged by this for a couple of reasons. 1) It shows that the company REALLY believes and probably has proof that someone has been shorting and 2) They must be finally making some serious money so that they can now AFFORD to launch this suit.
