Spots,

I have purchased boxes from them before. tech support is not as good as some of the OEM's. Have had some grief getting parts replaced. Overall not to bad. They use pretty good parts. I just looked at the system on their site and it really seems no cheaper than what dell or gateway is selling. Dell has the same thing for $2299 with only 64M of memory. You can certainly buy 64M of SDRAM for less than 300 bucks. I think it pays to make a spreadsheet and compare systems side by side to see the real price/feature differences.
