News out on NVMH. They are launching a lawsuit against the shorters! See: biz.yahoo.com I am encouraged by this for 2 reasons: 1) The company REALLY believes that the shorting has occurred and probably has proof of the shorting. and 2) they finally are profitable enough to pursue this!
