Platinum Entertainment has about 140 employees, 3 offices, 3 warehouses
and many subsidiary record labels. The big news is that they bought
Intersound Records, a major player. Today's news is that they are
placing the Intersound catalog on the internet, using Liquid Audio.

Liquid Audio encodes the music with copyright information that can be
traced and tracked. This assists greatly in prosecuting pirates and
assures payments to PTET and to the composers.

In my opinion, PTET is a far better company than KTEL. Since I have very
little regard for KTEL, that isn't saying much. KTEL does REMAKES of old
hits. PTET is a record company signing new acts and carries the catalog
of Intersound with artists like Peter Cetera, Beach Boys, etc.

I could see PTET getting very popular with investors over the next two
weeks.
