Excuse me but what promise from the co. failed? Did they ever claim they would be bought out? They've done nothing but issued no comment. Their business model always focused on liscensing. Mgmt. focus and discussions have not changed in the year and a half that I've been following them.

I was hoping you shorts would drive the price down this morning so I could jump in for even more. Picked up another 10k at 28.75. Thanks.
