Dave, I'm real busy now, I'll post in more detail later.

In general, Edelstone is saying what we bullish types have been saying for some time. He's quite optimistic about Compaq using RDRAM for their Alpha servers. He's optimistic about Compaq and Dell's commitment to use RDRAM in their PC's in 1999. He's optimistic about all of the partnerships that are taking place especially LG Semicon and Toshiba samples which were recently delivered. He likes the fact that Nintendo 64 royalties will increase due to seasonal factors.

He thinks 2003 earnings will be at least $5.50 per share and he gives a multiple of 30 and by applying a 20% discount rate he comes up with 80 bucks per share. But he thinks the earnings will be AT LEAST $5.50 by 2003.

More importantly, he thinks all of the partnerships taking place have significantly reduced the risk of the success of this company. Also, he thinks the commitment from Intel is stronger than ever to make RDRAM the PC main memory standard for the next DECADE and that everything is AT OR AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.

Talk to you soon,

Doug
