I read the Bioworld article and have this to say. I do not know how much of Dr. Rosen's comments are smokescreen (penultimate paragraph of the article) and how much is true, but I would hope that know more about active analogs, the species selectivity issues, and the receptor interaction sites. Some of this is straightforward and some is not easily figured out.
