Joe, Picked this up from the ESVS/Yahoo board. CWIII Zulutekie (F/Mays Landing, NJ) Jul 15 1998 11:11AM EDT I talked to Mr Wach this morning. A very busy man indeed. He told me the merger will be sometime in Aug. but doesn't know the exact date. He thought the CO. would be called Enhanced Services, but now he is hearing that it might be ZULU. He doesn't know what the conversion ratio will be, or when ESVS plan to have their shareholder meeting. He has a call into Roger regarding the financials. He told me to call back in about six days when he is better informed. NOTE, the waffling on the name of the CO, lack of info on financials, ESVS share holder meeting, conversion ratio. When I call back in six days hopefully he will be able to give me more info. ZULU ALL THE WAY Zulutekie
