Justin..... It's my understanding or rumored DVNTF has already some contracts signed that they can not release the news,because of the agreement DVNTF signed with them. It's also rumored its a large Canadian bank. Thus the reason for the news in my opinion.(Going after the banking business). To me its just a matter of time till this stock explodes and at least equals the price of its competition trading at $42-$44.
