Craig and All: Could you explain how the Telabs/Ciena merger affects my Ciena shares? In other words, will my stock actually be converted to Telabs shares or will I still have Ciena shares and receive add'l Telabs shares? And also, when would any change in the stock occur? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! -Kris
