Worst case is already in the stock.

After the pre-announcement last month of earnings, the stock tumbled enough that it already reflects poor news. If they indeed put something out today, it may be better than what was feared, or may have something positive to say about the about the future. Either way, I think the upside is bigger than the downside at this level. More than likely, the sideways-side will prevail.
