<"It is so underpriced for what its earning today."> Nonsense. It is earning at about $1.30 or so annual rate TODAY and is not underpriced on today's earnings, but is on the earnings of the future. Also, even though it is not a significant amount, I do not like to see insider sales that obviously exceed what is necessary to support a lifestyle -- which suggest mgmt does not expect any great move in the near term.
