I am not surprised the sales person you talked to didn't know what your were talking about. However, I suggest you call Gateway again and ask to talk to someone in the Custom Integration Services Department. The Custom Integration Services Department is better able to help you with a non-standard order. I have never done business with Gateway's Custom Integration Services Department so I don't know how much extra you will pay for a custom configuration. But I hope you do call them and report your findings to the Dream Machine thread. A comparison of the do it your self cost with the cost of a package solution for a multi monitor configuration would be useful reference information for Zeuspaul's web site.
