From what I can tell, IMAL is going in the right direction. The company is getting away from its "seminar" roots (which has proven to be pretty bad) and is focusing on e-commerce solutions. I think they are attempting to develop something like a GeoCities (which is planning to go public at a very lofty valuation).

IMAL has brought in strong management and is now listed on NASDAQ (the bulletin board is a killer). You can check out the management on their site at imall.com.

This stock has been under the radar screen, but I think people will start to notice it. Could be a very interesting opportunity.
