I am using Netscape Communicator 4.5 Beta 1 as we speak.
Here's my initial opinion:
1) Faster
2) Much nicer 3-panel email/discussion group window
3) Can do mulitiple MAPI inboxes, but not multiple POP
4) 'What's related' button in the upper right.

I think # 4 can be a really big win. Basically, you click on the button and you get a drop-down list of sites to visit that have been judged to be "related" to the site you're at. Some details are at home.netscape.com .
