STEVE --- THE only concern I have is this inventory issue ---would like to see it put to bed for good . I believed CPQ will be at 45
by the end of this year due to the following :
1) CPQ really got a steal on the price of DEC -- the service group will provide a nice boost in the third qtr + the consumer PC business
is usually strong in the back to school qtr .
2) EP needs to accelerate the layoffs for for the bottom line impact
and to alleviate the pain being felt by those affected . I believed
we will see this accelerate this qtr .
3) When the inventory issue is finally put to bed and we are selling fresh product and increasing turns for the second half this will be
a direct positive for the bottom line . ( did you see the segment
last night on moneyline how TAIWAN is taking orders from CPQ
and shipping direct for CPQ to the end user --That is the way to cut costs and affect the bottom line )

Forty five by the end of the year

BEST WISHES
BILL
