Nope; don't know the man. But perhaps you can snake a free set of Bees off him.

A kid (he's about 25) I know had the weirdest string of luck. Our course is used as a "warm-up" for the NFL Classic each June, so about 4 or 5 years ago he carried for one of the football guys who insisted he carry for him in the tournament. His father knows the starter over there and put in a call for him (probably duked him big) and when he got there the players were impressed that everyone treated him special. So they asked him to an NFL players party where he became good friends with several of them. He plays in a lot of the celebrity tourneys, so when he opens this bar of his in New City he will have Hootie and the Blowfish there, Dan Marino will stop by, etcetera.

He was Billy Joe Tolliver's caddy at the Quad City, and sent back some Killer Bee clubs to his father and someone else. So someone is giving those sticks away as a promotional item; why not get in line?
