JUL 15, 1998, M2 Communications - Novell has released two new high availability complimentary solutions, StandbyServer Many-to-One, which mirrors servers and is able to take over from a failed server and SnapShotServer, which in a similar way works to back up the server in real time, offering itself seamlessly if the primary server fails. The solutions cost US$6999 as a single package or US$999 for SnapShotServer alone.
