Some time ago someone used the following phrase which I'd like to repeat:

"ALTR will never close above $40 again". :-)

Now having said that were ready for $50s. $50/45 was the resistance for XLNX/ALTR last time. If the numbers are as you say we could head straight back to them. If ALTR dissappoints its back to low 30s.
