Delisted just means it goes down a level on NASDAQ, bottom line is less efficient market and fewer analysts following. My opinion is that on a company like this, turn around situation, bottom line is going to affect the price. If the company survives, the price of the stock will eventually be some multiple of where it is now.

So short answer is de-listing just means it won't be traded where it is now. (Similar to NYSE vs. ASE as an analogy.)

Company appears to be working hard to keep listing, because it definitely is a plus to have Public Relations and credibility.
