Hi there Mr. B Sol.
First of all,,,, regarding the JV......Management of Caldera met with the Astro group the other day to have a "CORE" meeting. I'm not sure of the technicals here but i figure they all sat down with the core and had a visual pow wow. Management of Caldera came away extremely impressed with what was seen though it really comes down to the analysis of the core. I anticipate some good words from Astro in the next 2 wks or so. perhaps even sooner. When it hits, watch the stars fly. I think people are going to be caught by surprise and all will have wished that they accumulated during the "quiet" period in which we have been under for the past few months. It won't take much to get this into the 70-80 cent short term range, but we have always looked towards the bigger picture which is far above the $1.00 range.

Regarding the resolution, I believe it was passed but there is nothing to be concerned about. Caldera is cash rich at the timebeing with just under 1.7 million in the coffer Caldera would'nt necessarily issue 10 million sharesif funding were needed. It is a preventative measure. Thats all.
