You are getting paranoid David

Forget about what I will say in December. You have no idea of my holdings with regard to Novell. And just after Bulls vs Bears, shorts vs longs has the entertainment value of watching the grass grow. Its an exercise for the mentally impaired.

Now let's get back to business. I'm very familiar with Novell's trading patterns (oh do I hate them). A stock that trades 12 7/16th to 12 9/16ths and then breaks out by a point two days before options expiration does not fit the value theory of investing. Gosh everybody woke up this morning and found that they were underinvested in Novell. Duh I don't think so.

I suggest we look for some other explanation. Whether it goes up or down doesn't bother me at this point, just give me an explanation. Well I take that back, I'm happy for the long suffering longs. But I am curious as to whether there is any truth to the employee options theory. It may be completely false, so somebody shoot it down.
