But we will not know about insider sales until it is way too late. The form 144s can apparently be filed up to at least several weeks late without adverse consequences from SEC. You are right!! But we may be more sensitive to the insiders selling indications and therefore we may be able to act a few hours faster than the bulls. --just kidding here-- I am thinking about watching closely for August puts...
