With that kind of logic, if all the trades were buys, you could say

"I guess nobody sold."

The way I see it is someone wanted to get rid of their position more than they wanted to hold on to it. There will always be a buyer for the right price. I also checked out AMAT and INTC and the top 10 trades were also sells. That tells me people are getting out. Besides, the largest buy was at or below 5,000...I guess the funds must be loading up.
