Allen, this is exactly what I was talking about before: you are making a statement without being able to back it up. What makes you so certain that the insiders are selling? I am not saying that they are nor that they aren't but I think that your assessment is nothing but speculation.
But, I know your game...it is very easy to under people's skin at a time like this and probably fun for you. You may be right, but I am not going to give you any credit for that because you just can't back it up right now. So, I, like a lot of other serious investors, will just let you bask in whatever turns you on.
If anyone has consistently been able to make multiple returns without any roller-coaster girations, let me know...I'll give you a percent of profits on every trade!!! This stock has had its ups and downs before this downturn: from pennies up to $5.50 down to $1.01 up to $4.20 down to where we are today, all in the last two years or so.
The expectations are not being met right now and some factors are outside management control. We all have ideas and criticisms but the time to give up on this puppy will be when ALL of the below hold:
1. all or majority of networks started encoding and TVs with built-in chips are entering the market,
2. there has been an awareness push by all V-chip companies,
3. and at that time TVL is not selling the product.
Until that time, nothing has really changed from several months ago (yeah, there are delivery delays, so those 100 people that are aware at this time of any V-chip decoders are just going to have to wait for another month).
However, I will criticize the management and IR for not responding to shareholder concerns and providing occassional updates. I am frustrated but I guarantee you that buddy in senior management with hundreds of thousands of shares and options is biting his nails (even more so if it is a scam as you purport).
Very simple, it is a free market, if you cannot handle the losses, then you should get out since you invested too much. Don't ever expect a multiple return on a small-cap without expecting a few sleepless nights.
Intestinal fortitude is required. We'll see as the MARKET unfolds. Don't expect any credit based on your one-line statements. Trenzich at least occasionally backed his one-liners by some thoughts and rationale.
