That is a good idea. Here is the letter that Ben & I submitted. For all of you who don't know how to write such a letter, your name and address should be at the top left of the page. John is going to send all of our letters bundled together. You may copy this letter exactly, (using your own name, amount of shares, etc, of course) or change any part of it. It is just an example of how you may write yours. If you have lost any amount of shares or dollars because of what happened, please include that in your letter. We need all the hardluck letters we can get. Hope this helps.

To Whom it may concern;

We are shareholders of stock in International Precious Metals. We have been hurt badly in our investment in IPM, mainly because of unscrupulous people like Mason Coggins and other principals of the Arizona Dept. of Mines.

We fully support the class action law suit that will be filed against the AZ DOM and Coggins. We thoroughly believe that there has been a conspiracy contrived by certain people involved in governmental positions and others, and we plan to use any and all means at our disposal to bring the knowledge of the foray against IPM and her stockholders, to the public.

It is imperative that we not allow unethical people to destroy us. It is our right as American citizens to fight against the wrongs committed against us, even (and especially) if those wrongs have been committed by persons involved in public office.

We, Ben & Alice Maddox, give our full support to the class action law suit that is being filed against the aforementioned entities, and expect that you will consider that we have a strong case, and that a considerable injustice has been committed and must be corrected. We pledge the use of our shares (4,000) to John Cathcart, and/or the hired attorneys, for whatever voting or other purposes they may be used for.

Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,

Ben & Alice Maddox
