Well I can't answer what Mark is doing personally or professionally. The Trust has it's own attorneys in the USA and the Bahamas. They are the ones working on it. Mark is President presently and nothing can be done without his signature. Now while it is slack Mark has to be dealt with should a situation come up so he has to be notified. If we get a new acquistion the new acquistion cannot do anything with the LT because Mark is in control of the trust from my understanding. That is about as good an answer as I can give you. GB
