Jonathan,

you seem to miss my point. By your very own reasoning the #1 store
for HVAR should have increased its revenue every quarter. If cigar
smoking is as popular as you claim, the revenue should steadily
increased as time goes by.

I am in agreement with GaBard in regards to HVAR being a start up
so I am not expecting HVAR to be profitable. I do expect the revenues
to increase quarter to quarter with maybe an occasional blip here or
there. As HVAR opens more stores I would expect them to have lower overhead and eventually turn a profit.

Here is a direct quote from the 10k:

"Sales for the three months ended March 31, 1998 were $125,104, a decrease of
30.6% as compared to sales for the three months ended March 31, 1997 which were
$180,139. This decrease is due to increased competition in the premium cigar
market."

The competition is not going to go away so I am concerned about the company making its projected revenue. Do you have any numbers on
their fourth quarter?
