I found the problem with GTNR. It was over the damn IL at 2 15/16. It's been over it 5 seperate times now and has yet to pull back to the ACT. Very unusual. I am going to stick my neck out and say that I believe it will return to the IL again and it will have to run over it in a major way before enough selling pressure can bring it to the ACT. The ACT today is 2 5/16 with a RR of 22.9% if it gets there. Use 4/8 for the first day of the ACT.
